1970 August 26-31 - Original Isle of Wight Concert Weekend Ticket Sheet feat. The Doors, The Who, Chicago, Miles Davis, Tiny Tim, The Who, John Sebastian, Sly and the Family Stone, Donovan, The Moody Blues, Jethro Tull, Joan Baez, Jimi Hendrix etc.

The 1970 Isle of Wight Festival was held between August 26-31. It was the last of three consecutive musical festivals to take place on the English island between 1968-70. It was widely recognized as the largest musical event of its time (think, bigger than Woodstock) with 600k-700k  in attendence.

This full ticket sheet is from the weekend series from August 26-30, 1970. It is complete with serial number 97870 multi-colored David Roe art and two drummer variations (with guitar, drums and one with flute). This one has the promoter's stub still intact (with staple marks). Measures 4.75 x 8.75.

Surprisingly, it is unused with musicians missed out on (from that weekend) like The Doors, The Who, Chicago, Miles Davis, Tiny Tim, The Who, John Sebastian, Sly and the Family Stone, Donovan, The Moody Blues, Jethro Tull, Joan Baez and the star of the event Jimi Hendrix.
