Size "52" flag tag sewn in adjacent to the "All-Star Game Atlanta 2003 Logo tag" with "+ 4 Length" flag tag on the opposite side of the Atlanta Logo tag. This style jersey is classified as a Throwback, since this style was actually worn during the 1987-88 All-Star Game, hence the special tagging.
On the back of the white All-Star gamer the letters "CARTER" and the numerals"15" is sewn on.
This jersey signifies something a little more than just Mr. Carter's great NBA basketball career. During the 2003 NBA All-Star Game, as a sign of respect, Carter gave up his starting All-Star spot to the Washington Wizards' Michael Jordan to allow Jordan to make his final start as an All-Star. This jersey was part of the commemoration. Certainly significant and certainly deserving to be placed in your HOF of jersey's.
