Indy..... WWI Ace MOH...Rickenbacker Signed Book With WWII Inscription

Captain Eddie is not as well known now as he was when still living, but he was a true American hero.....Always fascinated by speed, Rickenbacker competed four times at Indy (he later ran the track for a decade).  In WWI...he became our Ace Of Aces, with 25 aerial victories, and won the Medal Of Honer..He survived a plane crash in 1947 and prior to that was lost at sea after a ditching in the Pacific in WWII.  The book is called Seven Came Through, the story of the crash, the ordeal and the amazing rescue and recovery.  The book is nicely inscribed to a young fan...Oh, and Eddie also had time to become the President Of Eastern Airlines, the most profitable line of its time....Obtained from a five star bookstore.
