Steve Winwood Signed 12x12 Record Flat Back In The High Life Again 1986 Tour & Backstage Pass Artist Relations Bio

British singer/keyboardist, Steve Winwood, entered the music business in Birmingham England while backing American Blues legends such as John Lee Hooker, T-Bone Walker, Muddy Waters and many more. His first professional gig came with The Spencer Davis Group in the the mid 1960’s. He left the Spencer Davis Group to form his own band Traffic. An invite to join Eric Clapton in 1969 led to the formation of Blind Faith. The band only survived a few months and Winwood returned to Traffic. After a number of successful records including “Dear Mr. Fantasy,” the band split uand Steve he decided to go solo.
