1996-97 Portland Trail Blazers - Arvydas Sabonis Game-Worn Uniform Jersey & Trunks (50th Anniversary Golden NBA Logo)
A sportswriter once said that Arvydas Sabonis the international player is idealized whilt Arvdas Sabonis the Blazer lumbered up and down the court in concrete Nikes and ranked behind Artis Gilmore on the moving like a mummy scale. During Sabonis' first tour in Portland, they made the playoffs and even the Western Conference Finals in 1999 (they lost to the Spurs). Sabonis was elected into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2011.
Presented is one of Arvydas Sabonis' game-worn uniforms - a jersey and trunks which show solid wear. The white jhome ersey front features the BLAZERS logo in red and black along with is number "11". The back features his sewn-on name "SABONIS". A tandem of tags is featured on the tail including a 1996-97 [year] Trailblazers exclusively with BODY LENGTH +4 the other is the Champion [size] 52. The jersey features the golden NBA logo for the league's 50th Anniversary.
Also included are a pair of his game shorts which feature three tags in the waistband: Trailblazers Exclusively, Champion [size] 40 and embroidered Sabonis name. Nice Trailblazers patch on the front along with golden NBA logo also showcased.
